Terms of use for WristPet

1. Agreement
WristPet is provided by Tengri Vertex LLC. By downloading or using WristPet, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. A record-keeping tool, not veterinary care
WristPet records walks, routes, schedules and observations that you or a household participant enters. It does not examine a pet, diagnose a condition, provide medical advice, monitor an emergency, or replace a veterinarian. App summaries describe only the available log and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Make health and safety decisions independently of WristPet and consult an appropriate veterinary professional when needed.
3. Measurements and availability
Route, distance, duration, weather and sync depend on your devices, settings, permissions, connectivity and Apple services. Location accuracy can vary, and a missing value means the app did not receive a usable measurement. WristPet is not intended for emergency location, safety, medical monitoring, or proof that a task occurred.
4. Purchases
- WristPet Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription.
- WristPet Pro unlocks private iCloud household sharing, additional pets, and up to 100 photos per pet while Apple reports a valid entitlement.
- Apple processes the purchase and applies its App Store payment and refund terms.
- WristPet Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. Eligibility, family membership, purchase sharing, and any restoration delay are determined by Apple; an eligible family member does not need to buy Pro again.
- Use Restore Purchase in the app to ask Apple to restore an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account or Apple family entitlement.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Your data and household
You are responsible for the information you add and for having permission to add and share pet photos, names, routes and care records. WristPet keeps a local copy; verified WristPet Pro access can synchronize a private iCloud household. Invited participants may see and change shared household data according to the access the owner grants. Do not place information in a shared household that other participants should not receive.
Tengri Vertex does not operate a backup or recovery service for WristPet data. Device-local erase, iCloud state, participant actions and Apple service retention are separate; review the privacy policy before deleting data.
6. Acceptable use
Use WristPet lawfully and only with data you are entitled to use. Do not interfere with the app or Apple services, attempt unauthorized access to another household, resell the service, or present app output as professional veterinary documentation.
7. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WristPet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Tengri Vertex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use WristPet, including reliance on incomplete logs, measurements, notifications or sync. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
We may update WristPet or these terms, discontinue features, or stop providing the app. The date above identifies the current terms. You may stop using WristPet at any time by deleting it, subject to the separate iCloud and Photos retention described in the privacy policy.
