Put your pet on a Photos watch face

In WristPet, open You, then Watch setup, and save the selected pet photos to the WristPet album. In Apple’s Watch app, add the built-in Photos face and choose the WristPet album. Apple reserves the final watch-face selection to you; WristPet cannot replace it automatically.

A route, distance or weather value is missing

Walk time and manual logs still work without Location. Enable the requested Location access in iPhone Settings and keep the iPhone with you during the walk. Weather appears only when Apple Weather returns usable current conditions for an accepted route point.

Household changes are not syncing

Private iCloud household sharing requires WristPet Pro. Confirm Pro is unlocked—or use Restore Purchase—then confirm the device is signed in to iCloud and online. Open You, Household, and choose Sync now. After a device-local erase, WristPet keeps iCloud reconnect off until you choose Reconnect iCloud.

Restore WristPet Pro or a family purchase

WristPet Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed in with the Apple Account that bought the unlock or an eligible member of that Apple family. Apple gives each eligible member a verified entitlement; they do not pay again. Pro restores private iCloud household sharing, every pet, and the 100-photo limit. It is not a subscription.

Erase and privacy

You, Account, Erase this device removes WristPet's local copy and pauses iCloud reconnection. It does not remove an existing private iCloud household, another participant's copy, the App Store purchase record, or photos already exported to Apple Photos. See the policy for full details.
