1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using SnapHabit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Usage

SnapHabit is provided for personal habit tracking and productivity support. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features, if purchased, are billed through the Apple App Store. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellation policies are managed by Apple under your App Store account terms.

4. Intellectual Property

SnapHabit, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Tengri Vertex LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

SnapHabit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tengri Vertex LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of SnapHabit.
