Mental Gym is a product of Tengri Vertex ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.

The short version: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal training data. Your math performance history stays on your device. We only process anonymous subscription data to provide premium features.

2. Data Collection

We operate on a "Local-First" basis for your training data.

• Training Data: All your exercise history, accuracy stats, and progress logs are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not have access to this data.
• Account Info: We do not require you to create an account with us. We do not possess your email address or password.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide app functionality:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects anonymous App User IDs and purchase history to validate your subscription status. This allows us to unlock premium features without knowing who you are personally.
• Apple App Store: For processing payments. We receive a receipt of purchase but do not see your credit card details or billing address.

4. Security

Your training data is protected by your device's built-in security features (FaceID, TouchID, Passcode). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect your personal progress.
