KAIROS is a product of Tengri Vertex ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.

The short version: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Your journal entries, habits, and personal reflections stay on your device. We only process anonymous subscription data to provide premium features.

2. Data Collection

We operate on a "Local-First" basis for all user data.

  • Personal Data: All your journal entries, habit logs, birth date, life wheel assessments, and Morning Rite completions are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage (Hive database). We do not have access to this data.
  • Account Info: We do not require you to create an account with us. We do not possess your email address or password.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide app functionality:

  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects anonymous App User IDs and purchase history to validate your subscription status.   • Apple App Store / Google Play: For processing payments. We receive a receipt of purchase but do not see your credit card details or billing address.

4. Security

Your personal data is protected by your device's built-in security features (FaceID, TouchID, Passcode). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect your journal and personal reflections.

5. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your data from your device. We do not have backups of your personal information.
