Privacy policy for Hush

1. Overview

Hush is a product of Tengri Vertex ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our Apple Watch application.

The short version: Hush collects nothing, sends nothing, and stores nothing outside your watch. There is no networking code in the app at all.

2. Data Collection

We operate on a "Local-Only" basis for your data.

• Session History: When each session started, how long it ran, and which sound you chose. Nothing is typed in — starting and stopping the app is the whole record. It exists so the app can tell you how long settling usually takes. It is stored in the app's own container on your Apple Watch and is never transmitted.
• Preferences: Your brightness setting and the name of the last sound you played, so the watch face complication can show it. Stored on device only.
• Account Info: There is no account. We do not possess your email address, password, or any identifier.

3. Third-Party Services

Hush uses none.

• No analytics or crash reporting. No third-party SDKs of any kind are linked into the app.
• No advertising or tracking. No advertising identifier, no device fingerprinting, no tracking across apps or websites.
• No network access. The app contains no networking code, so there is no server for anything to be sent to, even in principle.
• Apple App Store: For processing the one-time purchase. We receive a sales report from Apple but never see your payment details.

4. Permissions

Hush requests no permissions. It does not access health data, HealthKit, the microphone, location, contacts, motion, or notifications. It plays audio through the watch speaker and nothing else.

5. Deleting Your Data

Deleting the app from your watch deletes everything it stored, including your session history. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing else to delete and no request to make.

6. Children

Hush is designed to be used by a parent. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect information.

7. Security

Your session history is protected by your device's built-in encryption and app sandboxing. It is not readable by other apps.
